Principle UX/UI design working with product owner

Initially aimed at automating the creation and enrichment of CRM system data, with discrete inputs (emails, contact forms etc.)

Developed into a more comprehensive automation suite, enabling users to build workflows handling other inputs and continuous upkeep/improvement cycles.

Resulted in extremely positive outcomes for customers: high trust required due to strategic importance of CRM systems but product improved data quality and significantly reduced labour hours spent manually inputting data.
